A Christmas surprise

So, one of the best things about Christmas was my sweet sister came to surprise us all....It was early Christmas morning (about 6am) and Steve and I woke up early to just enjoy the silence of the world before the kids woke up....I heard a knock at the door and wondered who could this be? You see, Lokelani had already told me she wouldn't be able to make it for Christmas this year....So, I was so happy to see her when my husband opened the door and it was her!! Yea! Steve had no idea either...only my Dad knew and he did not breathe a word!

Wow...it's been a while since I've updated...So much has happened since then...What can I say? God is truly so good...We were blessed to witness Baby Jesse's first Christmas and watching both he and Camila's eyes of wonderment on Christmas day was just a blessing in itself. I am so grateful that God allows us to just breathe in all of these precious moments. Jesse was mainly enjoying the wrapping paper and boxes, yet he did find his police car from his Grandpa most entertaining!! We are so grateful for 2007, for it has brought us much and we are looking forward to what lies in store for us in 2008. How blessed are we to have many treasured friends and family. Thank you for being in our lives and sharing in our many joys. May you all have a blessed and prosperous new year!

Halloween

With all that hair, what would baby Jesse be for Halloween? You guessed it!! Baby Elvis!! The last couple of weeks we've gone to a costume party at the gym where Camila was Ariel, Camila went to a friends for a Halloween bash as a little Tiger and then last night went "treating" with her Dad!! Baby Elvis and I stayed and handed out candy!!

At the Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday, we took our little Jesse to the pumpkin patch near our house for the first time. We were with The Village mommies group and it was so great to see all the little kids picking their pumpkins and having a great time!! Camila was at school this day, so we will have pictures later of both of them together. Here are the latest...

Today

Jesse is now 7 1/2 months old. Camila is such the proud sister!! Okay, so I couldn't resist...I was so proud of my Plum Galette that I had to take a picture to show you all...

Okay, so I've been totally negligent in keeping up with blogging...I will try and do better....Here are some pictures from our vacation with Tia Lokelani in L.A. in August. Jesse had solid food for the first time since the last pictures and is now sportin' 2 new teeth...Camila has started Kindergarten and we are so proud of her!!
