For the 3rd year in a row, the AKOM's have taken part in an Iron Chef competition preparing local dishes using the ingredients of the area. Here is a picture taken with Team Balashi preparing Aruban Live Lobster and Shrimp Stoba, (classic Aruban stew). Team Balashi was Jay Hinson (from New York), Jeff Henley (from Atlanta) and Steven Leon (from Texas). They won the celebrity chef award for the most authentic Aruban cuisine.
